Air shower series products are a kind of local purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between clean rooms and non clean rooms. When people and goods enter the clean area, they need to be showered by the air shower room. The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods and effectively block or reduce the dust source from entering the clean area.
Features
It is controlled by PLC integrated intelligent circuit board, and has such functions as LCD display, voice prompt, double door interlock, infrared automatic induction shower, etc.
Humanized control panel design, clear door status indicator. LCD display and setting of shower time, adjustable from 1 to 99s, the user can adjust the shower time according to the difference of the external environment of the air shower room.
The primary and high-efficiency filter two-stage filtration system is adopted, and the low resistance high-efficiency filter without partition is adopted. The filtration efficiency is 99.95%, ensuring the purification level. Equipped with all stainless steel multi angle adjustable nozzle, double volute outer rotor large air volume low noise fan, the wind speed at the air outlet of the air nozzle is up to 22m/s, and the wind speed on the human body is over 18m/s.
The cabinet of the air shower room adopts the modular design scheme, and can be assembled into various lengths of air shower sizes according to the actual needs. A typhoon shower room is composed of one or more air shower units. For large volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into multiple modules, making production, transportation and installation particularly convenient and fast.
Imported electronic components are adopted, with stable and reliable operation performance. Advanced noise reduction and silencing device system and EVA sealing material are adopted, with high sealing performance.
Each side of the air shower door is equipped with 3 pairs of stainless steel hinges to prevent the back door from sagging for a long time. The door side of the bottom plate contains a threshold to prevent the door from blowing out due to the positive pressure inside the wind shower.
